About LGD Solutions
Real solutions delivered by real people with passion and pride!
LGD has been a family-run company since it was founded by Ron O'Donnell in 1962. He started the business with the aim of delivering high quality print and office products backed up by superb customer service - and this still applies to the way we run the company today.
Our people
Ron is now our Chairman, and his daughter, Liz, is the Managing Director. We have a great team of 46 people here and we value them, involve them and invest in them to make sure they are achieving both their personal goals and our business objectives.

Our services
We primarily deliver design, digital print, lithographic print and office products for all sizes and types of business. However, we have grown organically into a one stop shop for all your office needs, and also provide:
- Personalised multi-media marketing (using variable data printing)
- Print management (to keep costs down and stock levels up)
- Large format print (including posters, exhibition stands and outdoor signage)
- Easy online re-ordering of stationery items
- Facilities management
Our facilities
In 2001, we moved into a purpose built 20,000 square foot premises in Kings Heath. We have enhanced our digital printing division with the addition of two colour Xerox iGen3™ machines which are, according to Xerox (and in our opinion), the most environmentally friendly printers on the market.
We also have a Xerox Nuvera™ which delivers exceptional black and white print quality and provides the full range of finishing options.
Because the printing industry is one where environmental concerns are vitally important, wherever possible we recycle, reduce waste and conserve energy. Read more about our environmental policy.
