LG Davis will always be more than a job to me. Set up by Dad in 1962 I am proud to continue on the name and maintain his passion for helping others.
Sales & Marketing Director
I work closely with the sales team and customer service department to create a proactive and positive customer experience. It's rewarding to see the business developing and growing year on year.
From overseeing health and safety and data management to reviewing expenditure and accreditations, my role makes sure the business is running to the highest of standards.
I'm in charge of the day-to-day production planning of all work to enter the building, from inception to the finished item. I make sure that customers receive their goods on time, in full and when required.
Customer Service Manager
I oversee the estimating and customer service production within LG Davis. I love to see customers come back time and again thanks to our great service and delivery.
Overseeing LG Davis’ 20,000 product stationery line, I manage orders, quotes, purchasing and sourcing new products. I enjoy finding the right solution for clients no matter how difficult the query.
One of four in the sales team, you will find me out visiting clients and taking new enquiries. I particularly like solving customer problems and I love to help businesses grow by coming up with new ideas and thinking outside the box.
I support the full spectrum of printing services, but as a specialist in workwear I am the go to representative for help with finding innovative ways to incorporate branding on uniforms.
With over 20 years' experience in the industry, I love to share my print and creative knowledge to support clients, working with them through every step in the process and making even the most complex print projects simple.
I provide innovative solutions to help NHS Trusts and commercial clients with their print needs. My favourite part of the job is knowing that I have helped customers get the very best out of their project. Customer satisfaction is very rewarding, and I like to know I'm making a difference.
